Great day trip around the island of São Miguel

Our guide was excellent. He spoke good English and gave us lots of insight into “Island Life.” He was able to gauge the weather so that we got views without fog and lots of great “must see” locations on our tour. Lunch at the Lagoa Azul restaurant was exceptional and he ensured we had a great table. We recommend this tour to everyone who visits.

Fillipe was an excellent guide and gave us lots of information about the places we toured. I really wanted lapas before the end of our trip and he called around to restaurants to find us a lunch spot that was serving them. They were the best lapas I’ve ever had! He also acted as our personal photographer and got us to the best photo-op spots. I 100% recommend the private tour after doing multiple group tours. My husband loved traveling through the rough secondary roads.

Views were great .furnas was great,our guide Delfin was wonderful .He was very courteous and help full went out of the way to show us some vista points . We had wonderful time at azores . Will recommend viator tours .

A part of our Azores cruise was a stop in São Miguel. Therefore we searched for a Private Tour and finally found the website of T4W.
The contact was quickly made via email and we booked a 4x4 Jeep tour.
At the agreed time we were picked up from our guide Mariano at the cruise terminal.
Together we made a brief overview of the day and what to expect.
After that we went to really impressive locations.
Mariano is a very cool guy. He drives us safely through the island and we had a lot of fun together. It was a great adventure!
Always in a good mood, happy and patient, he explained us a lot about São Miguel Island.
It was great to experience this spectacular island completely relaxed and without stress!
We can recommend the tours with T4W and Espe with Mariano to everyone.

Telmo was an awesome tour guide! He took our wish list and made the necessary adjustments so we could see as much as possible. The lunch stop was a phenomenal buffet. Highly recommend!
Great Island Tour

Mariano was a great guide and took us to the top of the island for amazing views, to several small villages and a pineapple plantation!! We were a group of 6 and couldn't have asked for a better tour of Ponta Delgada and vicinity.
