Sail through the Ria Formosa Natural Park and visit islands. Join us in a sightseeing cruise from Faro, up to 12 people. Journey through the Ria Formosa channels on a comfortable catamaran and make stops at the islands of Farol and Deserta. The tour is operated by a multilingual guide.
From November to March, the tour lasts for 3 hours.
From April to October, the morning tour lasts for 4 hours and includes break for lunch on a restaurant on Farol island. The price of the lunch is not included. The afternoon tour is 3,5 hours. There are breaks for swimming.

Once on the Farol island, you´ll see a different reallity! The small and typical houses built over the sand and the rustic streets all over the island.
The beach is also the best you can find in the region. You can find also a nice beach bar to drink something before the return!

Great tour & beach time

Miguel was kind and did a good job trying to point out all the wildlife in Ria Formosa. He then took us to 2 different islands. He was friendly and very helpful. At our first island, he recommended avoiding the restaurant and just exploring since we had more limited time there and also there were more options for food on island #2. I loved how he kept trying to make us remember how things looked on the way out since it looked so much different during high tide on the way back. It was interesting also that Faro doesn’t really have a beach unless you go to the islands so the 2 hours spent on the beach were nice!
