Fascinating tour by Michelle our knowledgeable and well spoken tour guide. All the staff were very friendly. The tour was interesting and held our attention for the full 45min. Some lovely items in the gift shop.

It was very informative, we had no idea about how cork was harvested, processed or used. It was really interesting.
Less than expected

Interesting to learn about the cycle of the cork tree plus the different end products. However, this factory only does a very limited part of the initial processing and at the time of our visit no workers were there, just the guide walking us around. No real activity ongoing, but somewhat interesting anyhow.

Booking process was not smooth, never received tickets confirming my reservation. I was allowed entry. Tour was okay, large group, hard to hear the guide at times. Learned about the process involved making products from cork bark.
