Antonio was fabulous. The day went by so fast and was full of information and beautiful areas. We enjoyed it so much we booked another tour with Antonio.
The trip was set up for minimal drive time, time to explore and time for facts and information that could only be provided by a local.

We couldn't have asked for a better tour guide. Antonio, thank you for a fantastic day visiting Silves, providing us with the history and beauty of what still remains of the castle.
Suggesting visiting Lagas was ideal, the history is just remarkable, taking us to a local traditional restaurant was absolutely delicious and walking around visiting the different local stores was perfect.
Topping the day off with a wine tasting at a local vineyard hit the spot.

Antonio whisked us away to a lovely day of touring the sites. He operates an 8-passenger van, and it was very comfortable and kept nicely air-conditioned. We much prefer the small-group experience, NOT large tour buses, so this was perfect for us. Antonio is very informative on both the sights and life in Portugal. We wrapped up the day with wine tasting, which is a great way to sample all that Portugal has to offer!

My husband and I had a fantastic day, lovely group of people. Silves Castle amazing structure with lots of history. Beautiful scenery at Monchique and the Wine tasting was very enjoyable. Antonio our guide was so pleasant and very knowledgeable. This tour is a must if you go to Lagos.
You should definitely include a day with Antonio in your Algarve trip

We were based in Lagos for 4 nights in the Algarve and spent one full day with Antonio touring Silves, Monchique and spots in between, ending the day at a local Algarve winery. It was a very enjoyable day and Antonio was a great guide: he was engaging; he paid attention to what we were interested in and offered more information; he was not preachy; we learned a lot of history, which we like. Wherever you are staying in the Algarve, youâll learn a lot and have a much better perspective on the Algarve by going a little inland for day and Antonio is a great facilitator!

This was a fabulous tour to learn about some of the history of the Algarve region, explore some unique areas, like the thermal spa in Caldas, appreciate the amazing views on top of the mountain, and end the day enjoying some wonderful wine at a local winery. Antonio is an exceptional guide for this tour. He is extremely knowledgeable about the area, willing to answer all questions, and is super friendly. We even stopped at a site along the way to observe the hundred nesting white storks. It was a truly enjoyable day and I would highly recommend this tour to appreciate more about the Algarve region.

We had a great tour with Antonio. We had originally booked one tour but he suggested other places that might be of more interest to our children and adapted the tour to suit us. He gave us information about the different places but also gave us space to explore and we never felt rushed. Weâd definitely recommend his tours.
