We bezoeken de grotten in Portimão, Carvoeiro, Benagil en Praia da Marinha. Er zijn talloze kleurrijke grotten langs de kust die de reis de moeite waard maken. De meeste liggen verborgen en leveren natuurlijk een prachtig, mooi en paradijselijk uitzicht op. Het hoogtepunt van de tour is de Algar de Benagil, een van de 10 mooiste grotten ter wereld!
Wij gebruiken een kleine en lage boot die voor een kleine groep (maximaal 8 personen) is bestemd. Daardoor is het mogelijk om alle grotten in te gaan en van binnenuit te bezoeken, waar hun natuurlijke schoonheid is. U kunt betere foto's maken en al deze prachtige grotten van dichterbij bekijken!

Perfect for our small group of friends

A perfect tour for our group of four. Small and personalized. Our guides were fun, till us into as many caves as possible and since we had a small craft, easy to get into the smaller caves during low tide. They provide the wet suits so we
Didn’t freeze in the cold Atlantic waters for snorkeling. Although we didn’t see much as far as fish, the beauty of the cliffs and colors under the sea was wonderful. If you have a small group you will love this tour.

Honestly, hands down one of the best experiences I've had. We booked a spontenous trip to Algarve and decided to do this. They called to arrange the time which was perfect for us, we met at their kiosk, they took us to their speed boat which takes 8 people which is great, some really friendly people. We went on to see all the caves along the coast, my fiance did the cliff jump which he didn't think he was going to do but loved it! We then went on to the snorkeling spot and they provided us with wetsuits, face masks and fins, which for me was perfect as I'm not the greatest swimmer, but the wet suits helped sooo much! We honestly had the best time, great views, wasn't too busy as you'd expect, we will definetly be doing it again with artic Seagull as couldn't fault them in the slightest! Price was very good considering the experience we had. If you ever come to Algarve, don't go without doing this with Artic Seagull, they were amazing and can't praise them enough. We're still talking about this and still want to do this now! The only negative is that it had to end

Fun experience

We booked a tour at 9 in the morning, 2 adults and 3 kids. We really enjoyed our time. The sightseeing was amazing. Snorkeling was a bit cold but still a fun experience. My kids took the cliff jumping challenge (I’m not as brave!)

Nice trip down the coast with competent crew

We had a very nice trip. The boat is mid sized, fast and the captain was very good at keeping speed but also avoiding the waves so the ride was smooth.

The coastline is impressive and it is nice to see from the waterside. The fact that you are only 6-8 people per trip makes it more personal and the crew is good at telling you what you see and can make it a more individual approach.

Some from our boat did the rock jumping. We did not have the nerve. It is a 4-5m dive.

The snorkelling is well prepared with flippers, wetsuits (in all sizes) and good masks. The snorkelling is not amazing as the water is not that clear nor did we see much marine life.

Overall the crew made this an enjoyable trip which was not rushed and the crew was very helpful.

Poor organisation

The organiser contacted us both the day before and the day of our trip trying to push us to a later slot.

As we were attending a festival, we had to re-confirm more than twice that we could not change our booking.

It seems that they overbook for the day and then re-schedule if oversubscribed. This caused us a lot of hassle and delayed the start of our trip. One group of four girls had to be turned away despite one member celebrating their birthday.

The female driver was driving way too fast to make up for lost time however both hosts were pleasant and friendly.

The boat isn't the most secure and does not have individual seats so we had to hold the boat with one hand.

Overall, pleasant views however poor organisational.
