De grotten van Benagil zijn iets dat moet worden afgevinkt uit ieders bucketlist.
Helaas denken mensen dat er alleen een prachtige grot in Benagil is, de beroemdste die Algar de Benagil is, die met het gat in het midden bovenaan.
We zullen je nog veel meer laten zien, sommige met verborgen en geheime stranden, sommige magische plekken, alleen toegankelijk via de zee.
Tunnels, bogen, grotten en kliffen zijn ook inbegrepen in de tour.
Onze instructeurs zijn allemaal gecertificeerde, echte oceaanliefhebbers en ze zullen je door de hele weg begeleiden.

Great experience of SUP in the caves ! Lots of good explanation to learn how to stay up during the tour. I am now certain that it is the best way to visit Benagil !! I highly recommand :)

Marcio was a fantastic guide, attentive, helpful and patient. The experience itself was other worldly! Compared to other types of tours we saw (kayak, or boat) paddle boarding in and around the caves was by far the most interactive and I feel we got the full experience by doing SUP. Marcio explained our route and the history of the caves, kept us interested and kept us on our boards.

Amazing SUP tour to Benagil caves

Awesome experience doing SUP to the Benagil cave with Marcio from IIovesup. Marcio is very knowledgeable about the area and also took us paddling to other caves along the coast. He also took lots of nice pictures for us. A very memorable experience on our trip.

Marcio and I love sup Portugal are the best. This was a highlight of our trip and would love to do again! From signing up at the beach at Olhos de Aqua through saying goodbye this was fantastic! The vide on the trip was relaxed, the caves were awesome and he took care of taking the photos too. What more can you ask for. We got to see some schools of fish too. Ask him the story of the sand dollar when you go. We will be back and recommending all friends here too

A great activity for a group of friends. Some had paddle boarded before, others hadn’t and there were a few nerves! Marcio was patient, explaining and demonstrating SUP technique, so we could all see the caves and he took many fabulous photos! A memorable part of our holiday and would recommend.
