These lessons promise a lot of fun and are aimed not only at students who want to venture in a surf lesson for the first time but also for those who are already familiar with the sport, since the group members are always divided by the instructors according to their experience level.

The role of the instructor adapts to the experience and progress of the student, always encouraging his/her autonomy and stepping in to suggest, correct and criticise through a thorough analysis and continuous feedback.

By providing a set of goals (each with specific content), students can better evaluate themselves, manage their challenges and expectations and, along with their instructor, learn, improve and thrive.

These are classes in which students learn together, challenge each other and exchange countless laughs. It is also an excellent opportunity to test what you consider to be your own limits and how to exceed your capabilities and expectations.

We booked some lessons for three beginners (father, daughter (8) and son (6)) and we all learned and had a lot of fun!! The instructors were always concerned about safety and always making sure everyone was being able to enjoy surfing! I would book more lessons if we had spent more time there! I recommend calling Sara and Antonio and book some waves with them! They will have everything you need, for all sizes and ages! July 2022!

The whole team at Surf Milfontes are wonderful, they always make you feel very welcome and are patient and supportive as well. I have had many years of great lessons with them and always come back with more friends. They are the best in the region!

Everything was really easy, the staff is really nice and professional. They take their time to help you get better. The beach is beautiful and has really good conditions to start surfing. Overall an awesome experience!
