Ligger norr PortimĂŁo, redan i Silves lĂ€n. Det Ă€r en exklusiv vinodlingsproduktion, den som ligger lĂ€ngst norrut i regionen, precis vid början av Monchique-bergen. Ăgs av ett portugisisk-franska par som trĂ€ffades pĂ„ Bordeaux, dĂ€r han föddes och vĂ€xte upp omgiven av vinpĂ„verkan. De flyttade i regionen i början av seklet för att starta detta projekt frĂ„n noll. I sluttningarna av Odelouca River Vlley planterade de sin vingĂ„rd och byggde sin lilla men vĂ€lutrustade vingĂ„rd, som ocksĂ„ Ă€r vĂ€rd för ett smakrum, fatrum och laboratorium.

Wine , great food, outstanding guide

Fabio is most knowledgeable and paces the day so well. Eight of us spent the best day with him. It was very enjoyable. We came off the cruise ship, he was right on time and off we went. The restaurant served so many traditional Portuguese meals, it was hard to choose. The views were breathtaking. You will not go wrong booking with Fabio. The personal attention is the best.

The most informative wine tour we have been on. Fabio is an excellent tour guide that takes you to 2 different wineries and explains the whole winemaking process. The sample wines were great and the lunch in Silves with an incredible view of the castle was amazing. Highly recommend this tour.
Fantastic Experience in the Wine Region

We went on this tour with our family of my husband, myself, my 92 year old father and our 3 children in their late 20âs and two girlfriends. We spent a fantastic day with Fabio and had a very personalized experience. We updated to the premium wines and they were fantastic along with the outstanding traditional Portuguese lunch that is included in the tour. Fabio provided super interesting fun facts about the wine process and production, definitely recommend for a day trip on your visit to Portugal.

We had a fabulous time, visiting two wineries and a fantastic lunch overlooking Silves Castle. Fabio is a great tour guide, giving great insight into the wine production methods of the Algarve. Very knowledgeable and good fun. The lunch was really good and impressed two moody teenagers! I would highly recommend this tour. Great way to spend a day.
Wining and Dining in Portimao

Fabio arranged a wonderful tour of three wine estates. We were able to learn about the varietals and wines unique to the Algave area. Each stop we met people that were passionate about their wines. At our final stop we enjoyed a lovely, multi-course meal in the vineyard. It was like having an extended family. Fabio had to make special arrangements for us since we were arriving by cruise ship and everything went smoothly.
